1. Make 1 cm long incisions on the scalp and inside the mouth.
2. Zygomatic bones are cut in proportion from the front,side and 45 degrees angle.
3. Front and back part of the zygomatic bone are pushed inward to be fastened.
4. Fascia that surrounds the zygomatic bones are pushed towards the front to create voluminous and solid design.
