This is Arin, and to those of you that have been following us, you'll probably recall her from our last post. This post is a continued post of Arin's procedures with MIGO. Prior to undergoing her Rhinoplasty revision with us, Arin had already had her first Rhinoplasty procedure done. This time with us, the procedure was to correct the deviation of the initial surgery. Here, let me give you a look of the state of her nose post-her first Rhinoplasty and before coming to us...
As you can tell, Arin's nose bridge and tip (dorsum and columella) are visibly deviated and almost looks as if it is collapsing to the right. Her nose tip is also pointing upwards which--from the frontal view of her face, her nostrils are further visible.
Arin took on a Corrective Rhinoplasty revision procedure where Dr. Kang (Euntaek) performed a correction of the dorsum cartilage and alignment of the columella and repaired the damage from her previous operation. As you can tell from her After photos, just by correction the alignment and symmetry of her nose, Arin has a much softer, feminine overall facial expression. The height of her nose was maintained while reconstructing the inner nasal structure to correct her nose from collapsing to the right. Long term side effects of the deviation of ones nose can cause difficulty in breathing and various forms of reactions/infections. Since the correction, Arin has remarked that she truly feels confident and beautiful as she hoped to be ever since her first Rhinoplasty.

Rhinoplasty Revisions are always more difficult than operating for Rhinoplasty for the first time. It also comes with higher expectations from the patient as their initial expectations were let down and left damaged. The inner nasal structure, too is farther damaged as it would have been operated previously. There are high anticipations for such surgeries as revisions, and at Migo Plastic Surgery, we do it with confidence and experience for the patients to be able to continue on with further satisfaction and a desire that is met.
