When it comes to Blepharoplasty and any procedures for the improvement of our eye feature, we automatically look for solutions in our eyes, frequently our eyelids, our inner and outer corners of the eye. Endotine Eyebrow Lifting is a procedure that enhances the ones eye feature without directly taking on any procedure ON the eye--with that being said I mean: no incisions in the eye area. I will elaborate further in a second, but have a look at this lady (Arin) below--the impression of her face is rather heavy, with the weight of her upper eyelid and eyebrow weighing down the shape of her eyes. She actually doesn't have small eyes, look closely! 

Arin first came to MIGO with a desire to enhance the impression of her eyes, to look lighter and feminine at the same time. She assumed we would take on a double eyelid surgery for her, but Dr. Ko Hanwoong recommended otherwise. In Arin's case, an incisional double eyelid procedure would only make her eyelids thicker and give a "sausage-like" effect, this due to the short distance from her eyebrows to her eyes and the pressure that the upper eyelid imposes on the way she opens her eyes. Arin was never aware, but naturally Arin takes more strength to open her eyes than a typical person because of the weight of the eyebrow below area has on her eyelids--therefore making her look heavier and also with time increasing wrinkles on the forehead as she is constantly trying to lift her brows in order to open her eyes wide. 

What Dr. Ko suggest for Arin's case--for a much brighter, lighter and natural looking enhancement of her feature, is the "Endotine Eyebrow Lifting Procedure". This procedure improves the distance between the eye and eyebrow which enhances the eye shape as well as the forehead wrinkles by adjusting/lifting the position of the eyebrow. This procedure is done using Endoscopy through five incisions around the hairline which is minimally invasive, and leaves minimal scar.
