[Patient Diary] Revisional Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage (1 Month Later)

Some patients who decide to undergo rhinoplasty prefer using cartilage from their own body parts, because it can lower their risk of suffering complications related to the surgery. This patient too, have chosen autologous rib cartilage for her revisional rhinoplasty procedure. With this surgery, she has replaced the silicone implant she previously had. She killed two birds with one stone by changing to a safer material, and improving the shape of her nose.

The silicone moved astray. The nose appears dull and crooked.

<1 Month Later>

 About for up to 3 months, the swelling is going to continue to subside. Until then, you can observe significant changes being made to the shape of the nose day by day.
