This patients' eyes were not small to begin with, and she didn't have Mongolian folds. It was a matter of finding the minimal, yet just the right procedure she needed to get the effects she wanted. Instead of the typical double eyelid surgery, this patient and Dr. Ko decided to go for lateral canthoplasty and non-incisional ptosis correction.

The area near the eye appear swollen. Redness around the eyes are minimal. Thanks to the surgery, the eyelid muscles now have enough strength to keep the eyes open fully.
