[Patient Diary] Short and Upturned Nose Correction (The Next Day)

On this series of Patient Diary, we'd like to share the recovery progress of a patient who had a short and upturned nose correction. This patient had small and upturned nose with nostrils visible from the front. Silicone and ear cartilage were used to elongate and extend the septal cartilage. The rhinoplasty procedure was performed by Dr. Kang Euntaek. This post will present pictures of the patient before, and the day after the surgery.

<Before>

The size of the nose is disproportionately small for the face, and the upturned nose makes the nostrils visible from the front.

<The Next Day>

Although covered in bandages, it can be observed that the nose bridge has been elongated and the nostrils are not seen from the frontal view anymore.

Stay tuned for more pictures of the recovery process.
