[Eyes:Blepharoplasty] Incisional Double Eyelid (5 Months Later)

As mentioned on the last posting, the downside of incisional double eyelid surgery is that it takes a long time to recover. However, the effects of the procedure do last longer. In this patient diary, we're going to post pictures of a patient who got double eyelid surgery before and 4 months after the surgery. The surgery was performed by Dr. Ko Hanwoong.

<Before>

Even though the patient has double eyelids naturally, the size of the eyes still remain small, and are asymmetrical.

<5 Months Later>

Although the patient's eyes look completely natural at 4 months, the swelling has subsided even more at 5 months, and her eyes appear even bigger, which is the effect the patient has wanted. Notice the lines are not harsh and obvious even though it is an incisional surgery. If you already have double eyelids, or are not happy with the result of a previous surgery, it can be corrected with incisional double eyelids.
