[Patient Diary] Non-Incisional Double Eyelid and Epicanthoplasty (6 Months and 1 Week Later)

In this series of blogposts of Patient Diary, we're going to share the recovery progress of a patient who had a non incisional double eyelid and epicanthoplasty procedure. The patient featured in this post was concerned with the wide distance between the eyes and the eyes appearing to be too small. This post will present pictures of the patient before and six months and 1 week later.

Even though the epicanthoplasty procedure she had was only a tiny addition to the non incisional  double eyelid surgery, it can create such a dramatic difference. Sometimes double eyelid surgery alone cannot make a visible difference alone when other issues are not addressed. Dr. Ko will assess the situation and design, and recommend the personalized procedure accordingly.

The procedures featured in this post were performed by Dr. Ko Hanwoong. Dr. Ko  is a board certified surgeon with +10 years of experience in performing plastic surgeries. He has published four studies, and is a clinical professor at Korea University Medical School. Dr. Ko regularly attends international medical and academic seminars to keep up with the ever evolving technologies in plastic surgery.
