[Patient Diary] Improved, Yet Natural Looking Result - Blepharoplasty for Male Patients
In this series of blogpost of Patient Diary, we're going to share the experience of a male patient, who had modified epicanthoplasty (at 45 degrees angle), and ptosis correction at Migo.
In the previous post, the concerns the patient had before having the surgery, the outcome he wanted, the "before" photos, as well as recovery progress up to one week after the surgery.
Today we will show you the pictures of the patient one month after the surgery.
Compared to the pictures of one week after the surgery, the shape of the eyes have become much more natural. It can be observed that the swelling has subsided significantly, and the bruising is completely gone.
The procedures featured in this post are performed by Dr. Ko Hanwoong. He is our in-house surgeon whose specialty is blepharoplasty (upper/lower), and V-line lifting. Dr. Ko consults the patient one by one, and determines the shape and design that will complement and enhance the rest of the face, as well as the best suited surgical method for each individual patient. Dr. Ko is a board certified surgeon with +10 years of experience in performing plastic surgeries. He has published four studies, and is a clinical professor at Korea University Medical School.
