[Patient Diary] Hooked Nose and Deviated Septal Cartilage Correction Recovery Progress (Part 2)

In the previous posting of this series, we have shown pictures of Yangyang getting consultation from Dr. Kang Euntaek before the surgery, and her photos taken right after. In this post, we will show you the pictures of her on the next day. The severity of swelling is the highest on the next day - you should be able to see this in Yangyang's photos. Also, it is important to follow with the prescription the surgeon will be handing out- often times, there will be antibiotic, and anti-inflmmatory drugs to take 30 minutes after the meal morning, and night as well as topical solution such as ointments, and/or eyedrops.

Despite the swollen face and reddened eyes, Yangyang started to feel hopeful from the next day. She didn't feel like eating anything, but forced herself to have something so that she can take the prescribed drugs, and recover faster.

Antibiotic ointment prescribed for Yangyang to be applied daily.

In the following post, we will share some of the pictures of Seoul that Yangyang took while recovering! Stay tuned for a pleasantly surprising change of Yangyang's nose!
