[Nose:Rhinoplasty] What Makes a Beautiful Nose?

What is your idea of a beautiful nose?

The nose is in the center of the face. The appearance and proportion of the nose should be in balance of the rest of the face.

One of the characteristics of East Asian nose is low height of the nose bridge, especially in between the eyes. This takes away from the definition of the face, and make the face to appear disproportionately bigger.

Many patients visit Migo for rhinoplasty, due to personalized and tailored procedure designed for each individual patient for their own face and shape of the nose.

An ideal shape of nose should be in balance with the line starting from the forehead to the chin from the side. As mentioned earlier, it should be in balance with the rest of the facial features.

Inserting the implant material to make the nose bridge higher while disregarding the rest of the face can lead to an unnatural, and artificial looking result.

In order to prevent this, we recommend fat grafting along with nose implant.

At Migo, we use 3D-CT imaging system to observe the state of the nose before beginning with the procedures. This allows us to not only examine the shape of the nose, but the shape of the bones inside the nose, the degree of deviation of nasal septum, and the causation of nasal congestion.

Our clinic had no medical accident in the last 18 years.  This was possible due to the meticulous care the surgeons place in safety.
