MIGO BREAST | When less is better: Breast Reduction

Excessively large breasts can cause problems such as chronic back, neck and shoulder pain, restricted activity, and difficulty fitting into bras and clothing. Even though surgical improvements can be made at any age, it is best to wait until the breasts are fully developed. You may also postpone breast reduction surgery until your family is complete. Changes to breast tissue during or after pregnancy can affect the surgical results. Breastfeeding may also be a challenge after breast reduction surgery.

Surgery Information:

2 to 3 hours of duration
General anesthesia
1 day of hospitalization
Outpatient visits may be required depending on the recovery progress
5 to 7 days of recovery period
